Doyle Durasail

Commercially available fabrics such as Challenge Sailcloth Performance Cruise and Contender Sailcloth Super Cruise.

Each edge reinforced with a layer of heavy Dacron tape stitched with two rows of 138 thread.

The clews of genoas and head tack and clews of mainsails utilize stainless steel hydraulically set rings which are reinforced with polyester webbing.

All of the webbing is straight stitched which insets the thread into the webbing for better protection from both chafe and UV. The ring end of the webbing is also hand stitched for additional strength.
